Who sells Qesture

Qesture is made and licensed by Qeepl, Inc., a Delaware corporation in the USA. Payments are handled by Stripe, which processes each sale as merchant of record through Stripe Managed Payments.

What you get

You buy a license to use Qesture on the number of Macs you choose: 1, 2 or 3. The license has no time limit. You get every 1.x update for free. Moving to more Macs costs the difference in price; write to contact@qeepl.com.

Each license key is for your own use. Keep it private.

Free trial

The trial lasts 14 calendar days from the first launch. It includes every feature and doesn't need a card. When it ends, the features pause until you activate a key. Your settings are kept.

Refunds

To ask for a refund, write to contact@qeepl.com. When a purchase is fully refunded, its license key stops working.

No warranty

Qesture is provided as it is, without a warranty of any kind. We don't promise that it works on every Mac or with every app, or that it works without interruption.

macOS changes

Qesture uses macOS features that Apple can change. A future macOS update may break part of Qesture. We'll try to fix that, but we can't guarantee that every feature will keep working.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Qeepl, Inc. isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost data or lost profit. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the license.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
